Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Vintoz account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the items back into their original packaging, ensuring all fragile home goods are properly secured to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
